BODYFLOW

BODYFLOW is an exercise-to-music class that uses three main disciplines. We start with Tai Chi to calm and gently warm us into the workout, followed with a standard Yoga format to fully stretch, strengthen and energize our bodies as only Yoga can.

Finally, Pilate’s exercise have been modified to suit the group fitness studio; they provide the quintessential core workout. The aim of the class is to build flexibility and strength which improve the functionality of the body. BODYFLOW is targeted to a wide variety of people, as it is both challenging and rejuvenating.
